Is it possible to fully recover from a turtle neck with traditional Korean medicine treatment?

Maybe because I use the computer or phone a lot these days, my neck pain has worsened.

So I tried massage therapy and stretching, but they didn't really help much.

For some reason, I wanted to try traditional Korean medicine rather than Western medicine.

So, I'm looking into it, but I wonder if treatment for turtle neck is only done with acupuncture.

I am also curious whether turtle neck can be completely cured with traditional Korean medicine treatment.
