저도 어깨가 아파서 고민인데 조금 나았다 다시 아파지고 있어요
Will traditional Korean medicine treatment be effective for discomfort in one shoulder?
It has been seven months since I sprained my shoulder and started experiencing discomfort when using my left arm.
Sometimes my back would get sprained, and whenever I developed bone-related conditions, I would always get injection therapy and manual therapy at the orthopedic or rehabilitation medicine department, and I would feel better afterward.
This time, when my shoulder worsened, I received injections and about two months of manual therapy at the rehabilitation medicine department, but my shoulder still remains very uncomfortable.
People around me are recommending that I try acupuncture or Chuna therapy at a Korean medicine clinic.
I have never received traditional Korean medicine treatment before, so I am somewhat skeptical.
Especially with techniques like Chuna therapy, traditional Korean medicine doctors directly use their hands to realign muscles and ligaments that are out of place. Just like physical therapists, do traditional Korean medicine doctors also study and practice these methods to loosen and prepare the body?
I'm curious if it might be effective, and I feel like any traditional Korean medicine clinic might not work, but I also want to get recommendations for a good hospital, and I have many questions.
Hospital recommendations would be good if they are in Hanam, Misa, or the Seoul Gangnam area.
