My back hurts. Should I go to a traditional Korean medicine hospital?

I am currently receiving treatment at the orthopedic clinic because I have back pain...

In orthopedics, things like hot packs are sufficient... They're good when used in orthopedics, but after a while, it's the same as before...

Would it be better to go to a traditional Korean medicine hospital and get acupuncture? I didn't go because I am afraid of needles.
