(Concern) Traditional Korean medicine treatment methods for spinal stenosis

I'm increasingly worried because my lower back pain and leg numbness are worsening.

It seems that the stenosis has progressed earlier than expected for my age. I was diagnosed with stenosis based on MRI results three years ago.

It was okay with injection therapy for about two years, but lately the pain has become severe again.
