Neuropsychiatric Oriental Medicine Treatment

Can schizophrenia be treated with traditional Korean medicine? I have a friend who has schizophrenia. I initially recommended a neuropsychiatrist. However, I feel uneasy about the side effects of Western medication. I want to know if schizophrenia can be treated with traditional Korean medicine.
