Does traditional Korean medicine really work for dieting?
For women, dieting feels like a lifelong homework.
Usually, people take procedures or medications, but these days, I often come across posts claiming to have seen results from traditional Korean diet treatments frequently, or even regularly.
Among them, the most curious thing is that I often saw posts about taking pills made by traditional Korean medicine and then losing weight.
Do diet patients just lose weight by eating normally? Or do they lose even faster if they also undergo treatments like acupuncture, which is commonly done in traditional medicine clinics?
Is it simply acting like an appetite suppressant?
Is there really no way to diet comfortably?
I also tried taking diet health supplements.
I didn't see any effect.
Still, I think traditional Korean medicine dieting can help maintain health and be safely effective.
Can I really lose weight as a diet patient?
