Will acupuncture help with cervical disc herniation?

I used to have numbness from my neck to my hands.

I had a checkup and they said it was a herniated disc in my neck.

After that, whenever I had symptoms, I went to the hospital

I had physical therapy.

I haven't tried acupuncture much, but I've heard from people around me

They say to try acupuncture, but if you get acupuncture on your cervical disc,

I'm kind of curious if it works.
