I'm curious about diet acupuncture.
I am currently taking diet pills.
I just started, so I haven't experienced any effects yet, haha.
But since I've already decided to invest money and lose weight through physical effort,
I want to lose a lot of weight in a short period of time.
Of course, within a limit that doesn't strain my health, haha.
Is it the same as me taking medication and getting acupuncture to maximize the effect?
Or does acupuncture help you lose weight even without taking medication?
I'm curious whether this is effective in breaking down body fat or what principle makes it a diet acupuncture.
I'm also curious if there are absolutely no side effects.
