I go out for exercise every early morning.
I exert a lot of energy, but I sweat really excessively.
I developed a sweat rash on my chest and used a handkerchief to wipe away the sweat, which helped. These days, I even place a sports cooling towel on my chest and wear underwear over it before going out. After exercising, even my socks are soaked.
During exercise, especially when I see others running, it seems like no one else is sweating like I do.
Even in winter, sweat is dripping down their face.
Would it be better to visit a traditional Korean medicine hospital rather than a cardiology department for these symptoms? Can we tell by checking the pulse?
