Can skin diseases be treated with traditional medicine?

In my third year of high school, briefly around my eyes and lips.

I had developed atopic dermatitis.

I received medication and ointment treatment at the dermatology clinic.

Stress related to gender identity disappears after finishing high school.

There were no skin problems at all except for that time.

Recently, around the eyes and lips again

My skin becomes red and raised like atopic dermatitis.

Not every day, just when I'm tired or...

I think that's what happens when something starts to bother you.
