Personally, I have only been to a traditional Korean medicine clinic once to get acupuncture. My arm was very painful (it turned out to be frozen shoulder, and after visiting the hospital for an examination, they said there was some inflammation). Even with consistent physical therapy at a regular hospital, there was no significant progress, so I went to a traditional Korean medicine clinic for the first time in my life, believing that acupuncture might be effective.
Wow, the acupuncture was really painful. I think I went about three times and decided that acupuncture isn't for me... This is the end of my relationship with the Korean medicine clinic.
But I've been somewhat interested in cupping therapy for a while.
I'm hesitant because I think the moxibustion might be a bit too hot. Of course, it's good, but I don't have a good memory of the first acupuncture experience, so I initially feel a negative impression.
However, cupping is said to remove toxins from the body, but it doesn't seem to cause any significant pain.
I want to know if it actually works and what exactly this effect is.
And I would like to know the pricing information and the duration of cupping therapy.
I might have to visit the Korean medicine clinic again later, and I hope that the negative thoughts caused by the team will be alleviated through cupping therapy.
