Cupping therapy seems to be very effective.

I often experience shoulder pain and frequently visit a traditional Korean medicine clinic. I occasionally receive Chuna therapy, but mainly I undergo bloodletting therapy, haha. It's also called dampness cupping. After drawing some blood, I feel so refreshed. I think nothing beats cupping for releasing tension and knots. I'm worried that going so often might lead to blood deficiency, haha.
