Does your throat hurt? (No experience)

(Neck pain) I have a herniated disc in my neck. My lower back also has a herniated disc. I underwent a laser procedure on my neck and lower back around July 2020.

My back only hurts when I use magic..

My neck still hurts a lot right now. The pain extends down my shoulder to my wrist, and my grandmother has been recommending acupuncture for a while, but I don't really like injections in general. I regularly undergo traction therapy and physical therapy, but only temporarily. Is acupuncture effective? Does it hurt?
