Can atopic dermatitis be treated at a traditional Korean medicine hospital?
A close acquaintance has a red spot on their eye that has not healed for quite a long time.
There is a difference between when symptoms are severe and when they are mild, but the itching symptom also accompanies it, making daily life uncomfortable.
I've received general dermatology treatments at a few places, but the medication (especially those containing steroids) only provides temporary relief when taken, and only then.
It will return to normal after a little while.
Now that this has happened, I am starting to think that my constitution might be the problem, and I am considering whether I should seek treatment at a Korean medicine clinic.
I am hesitant because I am not sure if the Korean medicine clinic can treat atopic dermatitis.
And honestly, if you keep visiting the Korean medicine clinic, there's also the concern of having to take expensive herbal medicine.
If only water could cure the illness, then taking expensive medicine wouldn't matter, but I also worry that it's just wasting money without any real benefit.
It might upset you, but I just wanted to honestly share my feelings. Please give me wise advice.
