The treatment process involves various methods such as manual therapy, acupuncture, physical therapy, and mechanical therapy.

So, the treatment time also takes about 2 to 3 hours.

 

 

I entered the treatment room and saw large machines.

I heard that if you receive treatment once a week, mechanical therapy is given every other week.

This machine is called 3D Newton, and it is a device that trains the core muscles, which are the body's central muscles.

 

 

After receiving core strengthening machine therapy, I move to another room to attach to my face and jawline and undergo electrical therapy.

You can call for help if the electricity is too painful or in an emergency.

It's called a Kinetrek Da Vinci disc decompression therapy device. Please lie down and keep your head steady.

The machine moves the neck, stretches it out, and relaxes it.

 

 

After Da Vinci treatment is completed, please proceed with acupuncture therapy and manual facial correction treatment by the director.

The cervical pillow is missing, so the director will spit on your face.

They were biting on something like a wooden stick, possibly to properly fix their jawline.

But I didn't know that when doing electrical therapy, marks like cupping marks would remain on the side of the neck.. haha

After lying down for about 15 minutes, I manually performed facial correction massage.

It feels like readjusting the facial bones back to their original position, similar to acupressure.

 

 

 

You use your hands to loosen the muscles around the neck and shoulders, pinpointing the really tight spots and pressing on them.

The massage was so refreshing.

And the fact that it protrudes this much is because the cervical spine itself naturally protrudes more as it goes downward.

My face looks more natural than before even in a regular selfie, not in mirror mode.

Compared to the left, the original right cheekbone had the eye positioned slightly lower and the eyeball was sunken in.

So, the left side of my face felt slightly larger.

Now, it feels like the protrusion of both eyes has become similar.

The corners of the mouth were higher on the left side than on the right, but overall, everything has become more balanced.

Certainly, when looking at the before and after photos, it feels like there has been a significant change.

My left shoulder was higher, and my left trapezius muscle was more developed.

Certainly, the left trapezius muscle has also decreased, and the balance between the left and right corners of the mouth has improved significantly.

Even when sitting, my head was slightly tilted to the right, but it has improved a lot.

I didn't intentionally stand straight; I took the photo while both of us were comfortably standing upright.

On the left side, I didn't have a severe turtle neck, but at that time, I often experienced shoulder and neck stiffness.

Recently, my shoulder stiffness has really improved a lot.

When looking at the photo, the shoulders are more open and the cervical spine, which was tilted forward, has become more upright.
