I naturally have a body type that sweats a lot.
So, I try to hydrate her well and make sure she takes her supplements properly.
Dehydration symptoms can occur as fluids are lost.
But during summer like now, I sweat so much that it's really exhausting.
Especially when preparing meals or exercising.
I tend to sweat more than others even during everyday activities.
Even during the already exhausting summer, sweating so much makes me worried about my health.
