Jongkundang Promega R-TG Omega-3

I wasn't taking my supplements properly, but since I had surgery a while ago, I've been taking them consistently.

Poor blood circulation and dry eyes as well.

Since I am someone whose body aches all over, I didn't know what to eat, but when a friend told me I should definitely take omega-3, I looked into it and found that omega-3 surprisingly contains ingredients that help with the issues I am concerned about.

Improvement of blood circulation, relief of dry eyes, strengthening of bones, improvement of blood lipid levels, etc.

So I have been taking it regularly, but usually after consuming omega-3, a characteristic capsule smell or fishy odor comes up from my stomach.

Jongkundang Promega R.T.G. Omega-3 seems to be easy to take personally because I don't have any issues with it.

 

Improvement in blood circulation and dry eyes do not get better overnight, so I will observe a bit more, but in terms of intake, this is a satisfactory product for now^^

 

Omega-3 is good to take before sleeping.

 

Make sure to take your omega-3 before bed^^
