I take Now Foods Omega-3.

The Omega-3 supplement I am taking is Now Foods Ultra Omega-3.

There are 180 capsules inside.

Other omega-3s have a fishy smell, but I don't really feel it with Now Foods Omega-3, so I like it.

Although the eggs are now larger, they don't cause any trouble when eating.

I keep eating Now Food products because they seem to be cost-effective.

I believe it will help improve my blood vessels, so I am taking it.

As I get older, I find myself needing to take more nutritional supplements.
