Sports Research Omega-3 RTG

I only take this Omega-3 product. Other products have a particularly strong fishy smell, and after taking them, there was a distinct and unpleasant odor, but Sport Research doesn't have that fishy smell, so I only look for this one. If you have acid reflux or similar conditions, definitely try this. Many people have tried famous brands and given up on Omega-3, saying they can't take it, but please try this product. It has no smell at all.

The advantage is that it is very well known, so if I had to mention only the disadvantages, first of all, it is quite large. I have trouble swallowing pills, so I always drink a glass of water when I take it. Still, since I only need to take one pill a day, it's not a big burden. Another downside is that it is not individually packaged, which is a bit disappointing. If it were individually packaged, of course, the price would go up, but I wish I could choose individual packaging. In summer, I would like to take the product in individually packaged form. There are no particular disadvantages in terms of the product's ingredients, so I always buy and take it.
