I am taking Cenovis Trifus.
It is packaged in capsule form, making it hygienic.
Taking two capsules a day in a manageable size causes no inconvenience.
Anyone aged 14 and above can take it.
The reason I chose Cenovis Triple is because it contains omega-3 but has no fishy smell.
When I took other products containing omega-3, the fishy taste made me feel unwell all over.
I'm not sure if it's because Cenovis has good technology and doesn't have a fishy smell, but I think a daily multivitamin must be easy to take in order to be consumed every day.

세노비스는 잘 몰랐는데 먹기좋고 효과도 좋은가 보네요. 다음에 구입할때 세노비스 트리플러스도 고려해봐야겠네요.
