It really feels like medicine!!! The effect is spot-on, Osomol Immun!!

I am currently taking Centrum, 고려은단, and Osmo as my main multivitamins.

The reason I chose Osmo was because, unlike other supplements, I felt it worked like real medicine, directly relieving fatigue.

I don't really notice the effects of Centrum since I just take it daily, haha. I only take Vitamin C from 고려은단 on tiring days.

However, when I wake up in the morning feeling extremely tired and exhausted, I always make sure to take Ostomol with me.

The advantages are that, as mentioned above, it works immediately to boost energy and tastes good. Other vitamins are in pill form, so taste isn't a concern, but since this is a liquid, taste is important lol.

The disadvantages are stomach pain if taken on an empty stomach and the high price.. I always order directly from overseas for delivery, haha. I have leftover liquid vitamins, so I need to dilute and drink them.

Actually, it has many disadvantages. Still, the advantages are so great that if I had to recommend just one vitamin, I would choose Osoonmol. Haha
