One Alive pill a day

Like all medications, multivitamins also come in many different types, right?

This is the multivitamin I settled on after trying this and that. Alive. I think it contains all the ingredients.

Above all, it's very convenient because I only need one pill a day. The downside is... the pill is so large that if it goes down sideways, it gets stuck in my throat. You need to be a little careful when taking it. Haha

It used to be much cheaper when buying from iHerb and other overseas sites, but these days, the prices are similar even when purchasing domestically.
