Since it's winter, I tend to buy vitamins and supplements more often and make sure to take them.
As someone who frequently catches colds, I wondered how I could take better care of my vitamin C intake. When I take vitamin C,
I don't catch colds easily, and it also feels like it reduces a bit of the tiredness after work each day.
After work, I feel like I have some time to exercise and do a little app tech as well.
At first, I had no choice but to eat it because a friend ordered it for me, but it's easy to eat and comes in a stick form, so I don't need to drink water with it, so I end up eating it more often haha.
