저도 먹고 있는 바타민C네요. 좀 많이 시어서 가끔은 빼먹게 되요. 몸에 좋은게 맛도 좋았으면 좋겠는데~ 무엇보다 꾸준하게 먹는게 중요하겠죠 날이 많이 춥다보니 감기 걸리는 경우가 많아요 비타민C는 특히 면역력에 좋으니 같이 꾸준히 먹어봐요~~^^
