The ingredients are well balanced to provide the necessary daily amount, which I think is great!
Especially, I chose it because it contains a large amount of vitamin B, which helps with fatigue recovery.
The dosage instructions are to take it once in the morning and once in the evening, which can be a bit bothersome.
And sometimes, there are people who cannot eat because of the smell! Please keep that in mind!
