Looking into self-diagnosis methods for gynecomastia
1. When wearing thin clothes with a protruding chest, it becomes noticeable and difficult to wear.
2. When a hard mass is felt around the nipple
3. When only one side of the chest develops, resulting in asymmetry between the left and right sides
4. When the chest forms a round shape that can be grasped with the hand (whether due to rapid weight gain or other reasons)
5. When the nipple and areola are abnormal compared to normal values (nipple 6mm, areola 30mm)

So, does it not matter if only the nipple is protruding? I always wear nipple pads and clothes because the nipples look prominent every time I wear clothes.
