Where is the healthcare system relatively well developed in Southeast Asia?

Although our country is noisy about the medical school quota issue, it seems that few countries have a medical system as well-established and reasonable healthcare costs as ours.

So, if anyone knows which places in Southeast Asia have well-developed healthcare systems, please let me know!
