Question: I keep getting small eye crusts after LASIK surgery.

After having LASIK surgery 22 years ago, I have a small crust or debris in my eye.

It keeps appearing in my eyes, and it's very uncomfortable.

I had some awareness of issues like eye strain and dry eyes, but for over 20 years, I have experienced discomfort while driving or in daily life due to slight eye irritation. Sometimes, the slight eye irritation suddenly obstructs my vision, making it difficult to see ahead, especially while driving, which I find dangerous and quite distressing.

At the ophthalmology clinic, I regularly use eye drops that do not affect intraocular pressure, at least once a day, but they only provide symptomatic relief and do not offer a fundamental cure.

Is there a treatment method?
