People who have undergone LASIK

For those who have had LASIK, how do you usually take care of your eyes? It’s been almost 10 years since my LASIK, and fortunately, I haven't experienced any major discomfort or side effects. However, as I get older, my eyes feel a bit blurry... I'm worried that my vision might suddenly worsen. I’ve been managing with artificial tears, but I’m curious about how others are taking care of their eyes~~ If you have any helpful tips, please share.
