Are there criteria for undergoing LASIK and LASEK?

My eldest has poor eyesight, so I think I will need to get LASIK or LASEK surgery later.

At what age can LASIK and LASEK be performed?

They already say they want to stop wearing glasses.

And if the vision is too poor, can't the procedure be performed?

When I visit the ophthalmologist, they said that my condition isn't improving and my vision is getting worse, so eye care that can lead to surgery is important.

Sigh... I tell them to eat things good for their eyes, but they don't, so I'm the only one feeling frustrated.
