LASIK or LASEK?

I also want to have LASIK or LASEK, but what are the main differences between the two? And I’ve heard that after the procedure, eyes tend to be bloodshot; is that really true? I want to do it because they say it’s like a new world after surgery, but I’m worried about potential aftereffects. Also, can my vision worsen again later? If my eyesight deteriorates, will I have to wear glasses again?
