(Concern) When did those who had LASIK stabilize?

It has been about 6 weeks since LASIK, and I am currently taking dermatological medication, so I can't sleep well. On days like this, my vision is very blurryㅠㅠ Also, if I don't strain my eyes, my focus goes out of alignment and I can't see well, so I have to force my eyes to see clearly. I can't always keep my eyes strained, and when did everyone start seeing normally again? I am also using artificial tears regularly, but I keep forgetting to apply them...ㅋㅋ A friend of mine said she stopped using them altogether after about a year, so it seems that the difference between having dry eyes and not is quite significant.
