My personal joint supplement introduction <NutriOne Chondroitin 1200 Max>
This is a supplement I bought with my own money because my knees have been really bad lately.
I tend to enjoy activities like hiking that heavily use and strain the knee joints.
Taking the supplements makes me feel much more comfortable.
Since I always sit and work on the computer on weekdays, I feel like my knees might also be lacking nutrients in the opposite way...
Sitting cross-legged has become a habit, and I think it has a significant impact on putting strain on the knee joints.
Anyway, I've been taking it consistently for six months, and maybe because I think of it as taking a supplement.
I really feel like I've improved a lot, so I'm planning to keep taking it consistently, haha.
