I had a osteoporosis test, and it turned out worse than I expected, so I need to start taking medication early. My mother, being older, has been taking joint medication, and I heard that cartilage is much better than shark cartilage, so I purchased some for her recently.
They say that joints should be protected when you're young and that you should eat diligently now, so I am trying to eat diligently.

김태경골다공증 약은 너무 독한것 같더라구여 벌써부터 손목 어깨 팔이 아파 치료받고 있는데 그래서 미리 예방차 먹고 있네요^^
