Joint management is Jeonggwanjang Rumaex.

The Jeonggwanjang Rumaex I have tried is a joint supplement from Jeonggwanjang. How do you manage your joints? I have never done any special joint care before.

However, after receiving the Rumaex as a gift, I started taking it regularly. Since it's from Kwangjangg, I expected it to strengthen my joints and be beneficial, but I can't tell just from one box.

One box costs over 100,000 won and contains 60 capsules, so it's expensive. They are packaged in two capsules per dose, so I take two capsules a day. Since it's said that joints should be managed even at one year old, it might be good to purchase affordable and effective joint supplements and take preventive joint care. I couldn't afford to buy it because it's expensive, so I plan to just do walking exercises.
