I had a stent procedure 3 years ago. I almost died and came back to life. Since then, I have tried very hard to exercise consistently, diet, sleep well, and take medicine well. I have tried hard to get rid of many of my past habits and live a new life. The cause of heart problems is that all the functions of my body decline. My kidneys, which were fine, are starting to deteriorate, and I am worried about diabetes. Fortunately, I do not have diabetes, but if I give up, it will be a big problem. What should I try a little harder to see? It is a real headache to have to take medicine for the rest of my life.
