Choran with perilla seed oil

 

Choran is made with a little salt.

I'm just drinking it with sesame oil poured in.

My mom said it's good for the cardiovascular system.

It seems that eye health, which I need, and especially immunity, were included.

 

 

1. Eye health

Lutein and zeaxanthin, which are abundantly contained in eggs, are representative antioxidants and are especially known to be beneficial for eye health.

3. Cardiovascular health

Chorans contain a large amount of polyunsaturated fats such as omega-6 fatty acids and omega-3 fatty acids, which help lower blood cholesterol levels and keep the blood vessels clean.
