I was diagnosed with hyperlipidemia during my health check-up this year.
Hyperlipidemia simply refers to a condition where there is a high level of fats in the blood.
It can be improved through medication, but there are also side effects.
I thought I should try to improve my eating habits.
Until last year, I used the excuse of being busy for about two years.
Instant. Relying on delivery food.
Since I had gained weight, I decided to go on a diet this time.
I decided to do it.
I chose intermittent fasting to match my lifestyle pattern.
I chose the method of completing my meals within an 8-hour window of fasting for 16 hours, following the 16:8 rule.

What is intermittent fasting?

The rule I tried to follow while dieting is
1. Follow the eating order (vegetables -> protein -> carbohydrates)
At least 30 minutes of exercise daily (walking, yoga, Bigsis home workout, Genieot Cash home workout, indoor cycling)
No greasy foods or delivery meals this week.

Fixed lunch: CCA juice, salad, oatmeal
I tried to eat a healthy dinner with a regular meal.
They say that the first meal after a 16-hour fast is important.
CCA Juice (cabbage, carrot, apple) -> salad -> O.N.O (overnight oatmeal) in that order.
I also tried to eat dinner in the correct order as much as possible.
I purchased oatmeal, carrots, and apples needed for the diet from Cash Deal, feeling proud of my active efforts.

Exercise
At first, I only did evening dinners, walking around the backyard trail, and yoga. These days, as it has gotten hotter, I mainly do Big Sis Home Workout, Genie Art Home Workout, and indoor cycling at home.
I recently learned that intermittent fasting can lead to muscle loss, so these days I am focusing mainly on strength training.

Maybe because of this, I definitely lost a lot of belly fat.
In addition, I haven't had any alcohol, chicken, or pizza for the past four months.

Starting from 59kg like that
Currently, I weigh 53kg, having lost a total of 6kg.
I plan to continue consistently for two more months and also retake the hyperlipidemia test.
I think I tried to do a diet with as little stress as possible using a regular diet plan, and I wonder if I would have lost more weight if I had eaten more tightly until dinner.
However, I will proceed with health as the top priority.
Recently, I have come to realize that dieting also requires studying, so I plan to study more and become a healthier dieter.
