1. "Carrot" that prevents blood clotting

Vitamin C, carotene, and vitamin E contained in carrots prevent the activity of reactive oxygen species that oxidize blood vessels and tissues, helping to keep blood vessels clean and elastic. Drinking a juice made by blending half an apple and one carrot every morning not only tastes good but also benefits blood health.

 

 

2. "Ginger" that clears the way for blood

Ginger's strong aromatic components promote blood circulation, clearing blockages and narrowing of blood vessels caused by debris. Drinking ginger tea causes sweating and a reduction in fever due to this effect on the blood. Additionally, strongly scented vegetables like ginger and garlic prevent blood clots by inhibiting platelet aggregation, thereby helping to prevent myocardial infarction and stroke. Juicing and consuming it provides faster effects. You can boil ginger tea to drink or extract ginger juice and mix it with black tea.

Both tofu contain abundant plant-based protein and linoleic acid. Linoleic acid is a nutrient that dissolves clumped fats in the blood, preventing hyperlipidemia. It is highly effective at clearing blocked blood vessels, and in traditional Korean medicine, tofu poultices have been used for stroke treatment. Hypertensive patients are advised to eat raw, chilled tofu.

While steeping the leaves is good, to fully utilize the nutrients of the tea, use powdered green tea. You can brew the powder into tea or sprinkle it over food.

 

 

Sometimes, foods necessary for health are helpful. As someone with hyperlipidemia, I have to be selective about my diet, so I tend to be cautious.
