옆에서 꾸준하게 챙겨줄수밖에 없더라구요ㅜㅜ
My mother, who is over 80, doesn't eat well... Whenever she receives her meal, she first scoops some onto her plate and seems to eat only about one spoonful. So she only eats one or two side dishes that she likes, little by little... I'm thinking of trying to get her to eat some protein, so I give her soft side dishes like steamed eggs or fish, and I also make her drink soy milk with protein every day.
Is there some healthy food that can stimulate my appetite? I take too many medications for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, thyroid, bronchitis, blood thinners, stomach issues, and joints, and my father, who has early-stage dementia, is also with me, so I can't eat less... It's really difficult.
I can't just leave my own house and rely solely on my parents' place every month..
Is there a good way to enjoy your meal and motivate yourself to exercise diligently?
