My personal health tips are walking 10,000 steps and drinking more than 1.5 liters of water a day.
Both of my parents are taking medication for high blood pressure, and my father is also taking medication for diabetes and hyperlipidemia.
It is said that these chronic diseases have a genetic factor.
So, I am also taking medication for hyperlipidemia.
Fasting blood sugar is slightly high, but not at a level requiring medication, and I am managing it steadily, so it is gradually improving. Blood pressure is also normal.
First, my health tip that I want to share is regular exercise.
I am continuously making walking 10,000 steps a daily habit and checking it, while also doing strength training at the gym.
It is said that aerobic exercises such as walking, light jogging, swimming, or cycling are good for managing blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes.
And the second is drinking more than 1.5 liters of water a day.
Sometimes I can't drink, but I am trying to drink steadily while keeping track of the amount.
I started drinking more water because it is also related to the gallstones I had a procedure for a few years ago.
Water suppresses the invasion of various bacteria and viruses into our body, helps eliminate harmful substances inside the body, and supports metabolism.
Of course, it is also recommended to drink plenty of water to manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia.
This is my health tip that you can easily follow and maintain if you pay a little attention and put in some effort.
So today, I am also practicing walking 10,000 steps and drinking plenty of water.
