I see scabs on my scalp. Will using a special shampoo help?

If you look at the scalp, there are scabs on the scalp, and as time passes, these brown lumps form on the scalp. How do people who have scabs on their scalp like me manage them?
Will using Head & Shoulders shampoo be effective?
 

When I dyed my hair, I asked my hairdresser, and she said that if it was too severe, I could go to a dermatologist and get a prescription. Fortunately, she said it wasn't that severe, but I'm concerned about hygiene because scabs sometimes form on my scalp.
