Will the fat grafting in the chest heal well?

Because I have no fat on my face, I am always considering fat grafting.

I thought a lot and searched a lot.

The same goes for the chest; whether the engraftment rate will be successful or not.

I'm confused.

I went through a lot and had the procedure.

If the implantation success rate is not high

Wouldn't general surgery be more effective?

I also have that thought.
