(Concern) Sagging breasts

Since I am getting older, my chest is sagging.

Can fat grafting also address breast sagging along with the procedure?

I am trying to build up my chest muscles, even just a little.

But still, effort has its limits.

I'm not sure if it's possible to restore the volume while also resolving the sagging.

I've never had the procedure before, so I'm curious.

There probably isn't an easy and simple method, right? Haha
