(Concern) Persistent symptoms and side effects after chest surgery

I've been interested in breast surgery for a long time, but I never really planned to try it. I've heard a lot of stories about how obvious and unnatural it looks, or how the implants might melt away and require reoperation, among other things. These are stories related to bad experiences and side effects. Of course, there are people who successfully and beautifully achieve satisfaction, but who knows if that state will last for ten or twenty years before they die...
