I'm curious about breast fat grafting surgery.

My breasts are sagging and somewhat spread out due to breastfeeding. Is it possible to create a natural line like my breasts with fat grafting surgery? Although my breasts are somewhat lacking, I have plenty of fat elsewhere, so I am not worried about where to take the fat from. Also, will the fat eventually leak or shift? I am not looking for a typical breast augmentation that many people do; I just want to make them look full and rounded like before I got married.
