I'm already worried about menopause.

I'm not yet 50 years old, but I'm already worried about menopause... It varies from person to person, but does menopause usually occur after age 50?

Does the amount of menstrual flow gradually decrease and then stop?

Sometimes I worry that if my menstrual flow is light, it might already be menopause approaching.

It's annoying and difficult during menstruation, but I think I would dislike menopause even more when it comes~~
