생리증후군으로 고생하는 분이 많이 있군요
I'm suffering because of premenstrual syndrome.
Premenstrual syndrome is common among women, but since it recurs every month, when the timing coincides with a period of poor physical condition, it really seems to drastically reduce quality of life. I don't have severe menstrual cramps, but I do feel a dull ache or pulling sensation in my lower right abdomen before my period. I can understand the cause of this and just ignore it, but other symptoms are really bothersome. First, I've had quite severe headaches for the past two weeks, and they tend to improve as my period approaches, but from the day before my period until just before it starts, I experience dizziness so intense that I feel like I might faint. I also have indigestion, fatigue, and muscle pain, which are quite severe. However, since a month is four weeks, experiencing these symptoms for two weeks and then having my period makes me feel like I'm menstruating almost the entire month, which is very distressing. Can I get a prescription for PMS medication at the hospital? PMS symptoms vary from person to person, and I wonder if the prescribed medication can effectively address all these different symptoms.
