A few months ago, I was diagnosed with an enlarged uterus.
It seems that my uterus is aging due to adenomyosisㅜㅜ
My menstrual cramps are severe, and my menstrual flow has increased, so I went to the gynecology department. They said the normal size is 4×6, but mine is 8×10. If it's about 15, they recommend removal, but mine isn't that large, so I was told I could undergo a procedure. However, since both the procedure and removal have side effects, I was too scared to do either.
I would like to hear opinions from those who have undergone procedures or removal due to adenomyosis.
