저녁 식사 후에 산책하시면 아직은 시원해서 좋아요. 조금씩 산책시간 늘려나가시길 바랍니다.

It's not a very big goal, but I think I'll aim to take a walk at least once a day from now on.
Daily regular exercise is good, but I hear that walking after meals is also beneficial.
Of course, the hot summer is tough, but let's all exercise for our health, fighting!
